What you'll do

As a Project Support Intern, you will work under the guidance of the Project Leader and collaborate directly with clients. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and implementing potential solutions to address client issues or challenges. Your support will be instrumental in helping clients achieve lasting improvements in performance and meeting their objectives

Responsibilities

  1. Support and engage in project teams by assisting with research, data analysis, stakeholder management, and the preparation of client materials.
  2. Facilitate seamless communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders, contributing to alignment and success.
  3. Contribute to both internal and external projects, ranging from ideation and strategy development to execution and analysis.
  4. Embrace continuous learning opportunities, including workshops, training sessions, and mentorship from experienced consultants, to grow your skillset and network

Requirements

  1. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Good organizational skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  5. Eagerness to learn, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in management consultancy.
  6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  1. Work collaboratively with the team on various consulting projects, providing innovative solutions and strategic insights
  2. Conduct rigorous research and data analysis to identify whitespaces in client businesses
  3. Develop and deliver presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations to clients
  4. Participate in client meetings and workshops, providing insights, and contributing to the problem-solving process
  5. Support project management by ensuring assigned tasks are completed on time
